Yoga After Pregnancy and Infant Loss
The 2nd Saturday of each month; 12-1:15pm (3/14, 4/11, 5/9)
A safe space to connect, move, heal and be supported. Open to any woman who has experienced the loss of a child, regardless of how long it has been, or where you are in your grieving process. 

Teen Empowerment Yoga Group
The 4th Wednesday of each month; 7-8pm (2/26,3/25,4/22, 5/27)
Together, we create a safe space to move, breathe, connect with ourselves and reflect. This group will encompass yoga poses, journaling, meditation and art. The intention of this group is to gain a better understanding of ourselves and the world around us.This group is open to anyone Ages 12 and up.
